Tempus is a web-based application that runs in a web browser. Before you use Tempus, ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum hardware requirements for your operating system (Windows or MacOS) and you are running a supported operating system version.
Please refer to either Microsoft or Apple's website/s for the requirements and supported operating system versions.
The local performance of the computer device running the web browser needs to be commensurate with all the other applications running on the device (e.g. antivirus/security) and the expected workload of the browser (e.g. multiple tabs/windows).
Tempus broadly recommends a modern computer system that meets (Or exceeds) the following:
A minimum monitor resolution of 1280x720.
8 gigabytes (GB) of RAM.
A modern Intel or AMD multi core CPU that has been released in the past 7 years (Please refer to your chipset manufacturer for further details).
A reliable and persistent internet connection with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download and 2Mbps upload.
Tempus recommends Google Chrome for the best performance and compatibility.
Whichever browser you use, your browser must be supported by Tempus and be a 'stable release' (e.g. not a beta or development build).
This applies to all browsers, regardless of the operating system.
