Live View (Timeclocks only)

Overview

The Live View report displays real-time clock-in activity generated via Tempus Timeclocks. This is useful for organisations with Tempus Timeclocks and/or multi-site operations.

Key Advantages

• Status: See if an employee is clocked in, on a break, or clocked out.

• Location: View a map location of the clocking activity.

• Actions: You can discard shifts or clock out employees directly from this report if they have forgotten to do so.

Using the "Live View" Report

1. Go to Reports -> Time & Attendance -> Live View. This will show you the overall live view report.

2. In the bottom right is the activity details log. Here you can see a detailed log of Tempus Timeclock related data (if you have more than one Tempus Timeclock, all data is shown here).

3. If you click on an entry, in the top right of the report is a map, this is geo-location data and the map zooms in by default. You can use the scroll wheel on your mouse to scroll out to see the location of that specific entry.

4. In the left-hand side is a list of your users. You can click on a users name and either clock out the user (e.g. if they forgot to clock out) or you may discard the shift entirely.
