Overview
There may be times where you need to change or cancel a leave application. You can complete this yourself via your own employee login.
⚠️ NOTE: We only recommend you change or cancel un-approved (e.g. "pending") leave applications. You can see the status of the leave application in the review screen.
Review all Leave Applications
1. Login to your Tempus profile at secure.payrollbytempus.com
2. After you login; you will be presented with the Employee Dashboard. On the left hand side select Leave >> Leave.
3. This will open up the Leave page. From here you can review any already submitted leave requests on the right.
Change an existing Leave Application
1. To edit a pending leave application, select the pencil icon for the leave application you wish to edit.
2. This will open up leave form, where you can edit the pending leave application as required. Remember to re-submit your leave request with the updated details.
Cancel an existing Leave Application
1. To cancel a pending leave application, select the trash can icon for the leave application you wish to cancel.
2. You will then need to confirm the cancellation of the leave request.
⚠️ NOTE: We recommend you advise your manager or payroll contact if you are cancelling an already approved leave request, as this might be partially processed into your timesheet already, and those works will need to be altered by your manager or payroll contact.
