Your KiwiSaver account and the request for a savings suspension can only be administered by yourself. Your employer nor the Tempus support team can request a savings suspension on your behalf.
◾ Request Savings Suspension
We recommend using your own "myIR Login" to login to your IRD portal, to request a savings suspension. This is typically the fastest way to apply.

◾ After Savings Suspension is Approved
Once the Inland Revenue has reviewed your request for a savings suspension; if approved they will provide you a letter that looks similar to the below:
You will need to provide this letter to your payroll contact person, who will review this and forward to the Tempus Support Team for loading into the system.
