Overview
The Tempus Support Desk is intended to assist managers and payroll contacts of your organisation. It is up to each organisation who uses the Tempus platform, to utilise the Tempus Help Centre & other resources provided as part of training + implementation; before contacting our support desk.
Scope of Support for End Users
Currently; the Tempus Support Desk does not:
- assist end users directly with their payroll related queries.
- provide product training (or) ongoing support in the usage of the Tempus platform to end users.
We endeavour to ensure that our help centre articles for end users are kept up-to-date - to assist end users in understanding how to use the Tempus platform.
Requesting Support for End Users
If you are an end user or staff member of a company who uses the Tempus platform, you will need to raise any questions to your payroll contact who will aim to answer your question.
⚠️ NOTE: If you are unsure who your payroll contact person is; we recommend discussing your question/s with your immediate leader/manager - who may be able to assist.
If your payroll contact needs assistance in answering your question; then they may contact the Tempus Support desk for assistance.
