Overview
The Costings Report generates a breakdown of pay categories across all locations for a specified time period. It is specifically designed to show the cost of payroll categories (e.g., Permanent Ordinary Hours) for specific locations.
Note: This report includes Gross Earnings split by location and KiwiSaver details (Employee, Employer, and ESCT), but does not split out PAYE tax.
Using the Costings Report
1. You can access the report by navigating to Reports -> Payroll -> Costing Report.
2. Set your desired filters including the Date range (based on Date Paid), Pay Schedule or specific Locations.
3. Once configured, generate the report to view the cost breakdown across your selected locations and pay categories.
4. Review the generated data. You can expand sections to see the split between Gross Earnings and KiwiSaver contributions.
