Overview
The Deductions Report shows a breakdown of deductions per employee over a given period. It is useful for reviewing total deductions made across multiple pay periods, such as Ministry of Justice (MOJ) fines or tool allowances.
Using the Deductions Report
1. Access the report via Reports -> Payroll -> Deductions Report.
2. Configure your filters by selecting a Date Range, Pay Schedule, Location, or specific Employee. You can also filter for a specific Deduction Category.
3. Run the report. Results are generated based on the Date Paid within your selected range.
4. You can expand the results to see the specific categories and individual employee breakdowns.
