Overview
The Employee Details Report provides a detailed, customizable view of employee data. It is the most effective tool for auditing user data, checking set working patterns, or reviewing contact details in bulk.
Using the Employee Details Report
1. Navigate to Reports -> Employee -> Employee Details Report.
2. Use the "Custom Columns" feature to select the specific data points you wish to audit (e.g., Tax Code, Date of Birth, Advanced Work Hours, or Mobile Number).
3. Apply any necessary filters such as Employment Status, Start Date, or Pay Schedule.
4. Generate the report to perform your audit. This is particularly useful for verifying that employees have the correct "Advanced Work Hours" set for leave calculations.
