Overview
The Employee Leave Rates report displays the current leave calculation methods configured for your employees, allowing you to verify their setup for payroll compliance.
Using the Employee Leave Rates Report
1. Access this tool by going to Reports -> Employee -> Employee Leave Rates.
2. The report will display the current settings for:
RDP/ADP (Relevant Daily Pay vs Average Daily Pay)
OWP (Ordinary Weekly Pay)
3. Review the list to ensure employees are set to the correct calculation methods (for example, ensuring FBAPS leave defaults to Average Daily Pay where appropriate).
